The Student Enrollment Form is saved under Surveys instead of Forms.

Surveys allow your clients to sign their signatures on the enrollment forms, so that's why the survey format was used for this particular 'form'.

If you would like to add your own freebie instead of the Train freebie that we gave you, you can use the instructions below:

1. Go to your 'freebie' website page - update the image to a picture of your own lesson

2. Go into your 'home' page - update the popup image to a picture of your own lesson

3. Go to your 'thank you' page and replace the lesson video and PDF

Yes, you can link Zoom to WebHub so your students can attend virtual classes. The Zoom link can be sent to your students automatically when they book a class on your site.

You can also record the Zoom sessions and upload them to your membership area for your students to log in and access at a later time.

No. Website hosting is included in the price of WebHub.

Yes, you’ll get a default email address to help you get started quickly. Just keep in mind it’s shared across the WebHub server with other users, so deliverability isn’t always guaranteed.

For the best results, we recommend setting up your own custom email address through Google Workspace (around $7/month). This gives you:

● Better deliverability — your emails are more likely to land in inboxes

● A professional look — like [email protected] A stronger sender reputation

● Room to grow — you can easily add more addresses as your business expands, like:

It’s a simple upgrade that helps you look polished, stay organized, and build trust with customers.

There is a very small charge in WebHub for communication channels ($0.0014 per email, $0.015 per SMS, etc.).

To give you an idea of how long $10 might last: if you’re sending around 100 emails per day, that credit could cover roughly 70 days of email communication.

Migration is simple if your existing site was built on ClickFunnels or WordPress.

If it was built on a different site you can copy everything across manually.

You’ll get a free domain included in the price of WebHub.

It will be yourclubname.mycreativeclub.com, e.g. if your club name is Kidspiration, your domain will be kidspiration.mycreativeclub.com.

If you’d like to use a different domain, you are welcome to purchase one from an external domain hosting provider like GoDaddy and link it up to WebHub with a few simple clicks.

We can pause your WebHub subscription for up to 2 months per calendar year.

Pausing your subscription means that your website will be offline but we will store all of your data so that when the payments resume the website will reactivate.

It also means that, when your payments resume, you will continue to pay the price you were previously paying.

If you would like to reactivate your website sooner than 2 months time, you can pop us an email to let us know.

You will need to fill out a Cancellation Form so we can get your explicit permission to delete your site.

If you want to cancel Webhub, you can download your contact list before we shut it off. Just be sure to download it before filling out the cancellation form.
