How can I move your emails from the Gmail Promotional tab to appear in my inbox?

One of the simplest ways to move an email is to click and drag it from the Promotions tab over to the Primary tab. Releasing the mouse will drop the email into the Primary tab. After it is dropped, Gmail will ask if you wish to make the change permanent, then click "yes."

How can I update my credit card on file for my monthly payments?

To update your Billing Information, follow the instructions below:

1. Log into the CCC member's library.

2. Click on your Avatar in the top right of the Library page.

3. Select Settings from the dropdown.

4. Click Billing Info at the top right of the page.

Can I switch from PayPal to card payments?

Yes, this is possible, but you’ll need to email our team for assistance at [email protected].

I updated my payment details - when will you retry?

Our system will automatically attempt to retrieve payment every few days.

If the payment is unsuccessful, you will be notified via email.

Can I speak to someone on the phone?

We are not set up telephonically but we would love to assist you via email at [email protected]

Can I pause my membership instead of canceling?

We can pause your membership for 2 months. After that, it will automatically resume at the same monthly price.

While paused, you won’t have access to your products in the members library, and you’ll be temporarily removed from the members-only Facebook group. Once your membership resumes, your access will be restored.

How do I change my email address?
