Great news, you don’t need a fancy venue to get started! Many of our members have had amazing success using low-cost (or free!) locations in their own communities. The key is finding a space that’s safe, accessible, and familiar to parents.
Here are the top location ideas our members use:
● Schools (after-school programs are ideal!)
● Church or community halls
● Libraries
● Recreation centers
● Local cafes or bookstores with event rooms
● Your own home or backyard for a cozy, personal feel
● Daycare centers
● Homeschool co-op spaces
● Art studios or maker spaces (especially on weekends)
Parents love spaces they already know and trust — and schools are especially great because the kids are already there!
If you're a CCC Academy member, visit the "30 Day Startup Challenge" in the member library to learn how to find a venue and start your club.

Most people wait until the last minute to book, which can feel nerve-wracking. But here’s the good news: there are ways to prevent that.
We recommend collecting bookings in advance (and charging upfront) so you can plan with confidence and reduce no-shows. Offering early bird pricing or limited spots can also encourage parents to commit sooner. Keep promoting right up until the day before.

Not at all! Many of our members launch from home or use free venues like schools or libraries. You can begin with low-cost supplies and build from there. We even have a challenge that helps you raise your first $1000.
If you're a CCC Academy member, go to the “Raise $1000 in 30 Days” challenge inside the library.

Your income depends on your class size, pricing, and schedule. For example, teaching two classes a week with 10 kids each at $25/session could generate around $2,000/month. Many CCC members grow to earn $1,000–$5,000/month working just a few hours a week.
